All functionality are developed withSiemens PCS 7 tool, the cascadeand shear controlare compiled withSiemens CFC graphical development tool
The traking and process control realized with Siemens SCL language
The HMI architectureisdeveloped with intellution iFIX platform with client/server structureand redundancy, ( fileover) function

 


The level2 control, and rollingmillrecepitisdevelopedin WEB platformand using Microsoft VisualC .Net and ASP e XML/ AJAX functionality.

 

DIAGNOSTIC SOFTWARE

 

 

 

 A dedicated network and special PLC software , basedup Broadcast UDP trasmisison, isused, with special IBA PDA software forfast graphic altrends, for all palnt svariables, with sampling timeless 20 msec.
A dedicate hardware permitsthe long data storage ( 1 year) for all data variables.
